Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Trevava is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location whenever possible.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact officialhaloflo@gmail.com. We’re happy to assist with the next steps & when applicable, help to file a claim with the carrier.
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on availability, this may include a replacement or store credit.
